2022 HOLIDAY FAQ + SHIPPING DEADLINE

What are the exchange and return terms for items purchased using a holiday discount code?

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned for full refund.

What items can discount codes be used on?
All holiday discount codes are applicable to all items EXCEPT any special holiday bundles that are already discounted, shipping fees and Route insurance fees.

What is the processing time for orders placed during the Holiday Season (11/15 to 12/31)?
During this peak time, please allow up to five business days for us to process your order. We work hard to get orders out in a timely manner, and are happy to say that most orders leave our office in three business days. We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Deadlines
The following are deadlines to place orders so that we can process and ensure delivery by December 24th.
