PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of fulfillment date (ship-out date). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To request a return, please email support@ocatnip.com with your order number and the items that are to be returned. After 14 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Customers must bear all costs of shipping back their return to us. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs and shipping insurance. Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email support@ocatnip.com with your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we'll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect or damaged, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process.
Defective Items
If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email support@ocatnip.com with a photo or video and we will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us. Please note that if the item is non-defective, return shipping fees will apply. We do not offer replacements for damage caused by incorrect washing or wear and tear such as chewing or scratching.
